“ Located in the Red Rock Casino food court, had some time to spend waiting for friends to finish up playing slots so decided to try this place. First time here so the worker helped me out by picking out a flavor first then toppings. Decided on a basic one of walnuts and vanilla since i didnt want anything that fancy. Got the dessert and was impressed. The custard ice cream held the shape and didnt melt easy, and was super creamy compared to regular ice cream. Enjoyed it and for sure ill stop by this place again ”

“ We love Nielsen's Frozen Custard and frequently travel to Henderson for a fix. It's nice to have one closer to home. Lots of options for mix-ins. Sizes of concretes rather large. Prices are moderate. Yes, it's very different from ice cream - very smooth and creamy. My favorite flavor is the cherry chocolate chip. I wish they would participate in the rewards program at this location. ”

“ Nielsen's is a great place for dessert. I was only recently introduced to this chain and I am so glad I tried it. The "shake" you can eat with a spoon is so creamy and delicious. I opted for the waffle bowl since I wanted the Oreo topping. Otherwise if you just get a cone you can't add the Oreo on it. Probably for good reason since they literally give chunks of it. If you have a real sweet tooth then try one of the Concretes. It's big enough to share in my opinion. ”

“ After eating Nielsen's Frozen Custard, I may never eat another Dairy Queen Blizzard again in life! I ordered the Caramel Cashew Concrete, and I could instantly taste the difference. My tastebuds went wild, and their claim of being premium Ice cream with no artificial sweeteners and preservatives has to be true because I could taste the difference from the Dairy Queen Blizzard. The custard texture is thicker and richer, and as hot as it is in Las Vegas, I can't see myself ever purchasing anything other than custard when I want a sweet treat to cool down. I will try different flavors, but it will be a while before I eat anything other than the Caramel Cashew Concrete because I loved it! The cost of the concrete I ordered came out to ten dollars and some odd change. My family raved about their rootbeer and strawberry floats. This location is housed in the Red Rock Casino, a perfect place to have a fun time and reward yourself with a sweet treat afterward! I highly recommend it, and the staff was welcoming and customer service-oriented. ”
